Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software solutions and security patches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
