Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, robust architectures for next-gen AI platforms and quantum-ready software solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and researchers in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Neural Networks and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract 2026 vision statements into concrete technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and senior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility of ambitious product goals.
- System Optimization: Continuously refine core systems to handle the increased data throughput and processing power required by future technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Strong understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Transformers) and the ability to extrapolate these into future system requirements.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
