Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring we are prepared for the shifts in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing expected by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of resilient, high-performance systems capable of handling billions of requests.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers to reach their full potential.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering requirements.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver creative, effective solutions under pressure.
