Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Landscapes: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models designed for the 2026 computing paradigm.
- Quantum Integration: Lead research into hybrid classical-quantum machine learning algorithms to enhance computational power.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and rapid prototyping.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference speeds and model accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.

Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of innovating in emerging technologies and adapting to rapid technological shifts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to launch.
