Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in leading AI architecture teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance under high load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
