Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agent workflows, specifically tailored for 2026 readiness.
- Lead Research Integration: Identify and integrate cutting-edge AI breakthroughs into our core product suite, maintaining a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, making critical decisions on model selection, training pipelines, and infrastructure scaling.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment is safe, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience in designing systems for future trends such as Multi-Agent Systems, Federated Learning, or Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex architectural challenges and optimize system performance at scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
