Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI technologies leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI systems that can handle massive data throughput.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in AGI, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic hardware to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes of next-gen AI agents and autonomous systems to validate concepts.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
