Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical vision for Generative AI integration and Natural Language Processing (NLP) across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster professional growth.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging trends and technologies for future implementation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
