Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI techniques.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Drive the roadmap for our proprietary AI framework, anticipating trends in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
