Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads in a decentralized future.
- Research & Development: Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Reinforcement Learning to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate technological shifts in the 2026 landscape and pivot architecture strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying successful AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
