Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. At Future Systems Inc., we are not merely building software; we are engineering the fabric of tomorrow. You will be at the forefront of the next industrial revolution, bridging the gap between theoretical breakthroughs and scalable production systems.
In this high-impact role, you will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists to architect autonomous systems capable of redefining human-machine interaction. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Distributed Systems, this is your opportunity to shape the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Quantum-Ready Strategy: Lead the transition from classical to hybrid classical-quantum architectures, ensuring our models are future-proof for 2026 and beyond.
- System Optimization: Spearhead the research and implementation of advanced optimization techniques, including Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor and grow a diverse team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract research concepts into robust, production-grade software solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems with creative and scalable engineering solutions.
