Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for model training, validation, and deployment using cloud-native technologies.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, integrating the latest advancements (e.g., transformers, reinforcement learning) into production systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of model latency, throughput, and resource efficiency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams alike.
