Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI capabilities aimed at the 2026 release cycle, aligning research with business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Pioneering Research: Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI to drive innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
