Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of core systems that integrate Artificial Intelligence with spatial computing environments, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, architectural planning sessions, and technical deep-dives to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex user requirements into robust, intuitive, and futuristic software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of AI models for edge devices and spatial displays, ensuring low latency and high-fidelity rendering in real-time environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of Neural Interfaces and Haptic Feedback technologies, proposing innovative features for our roadmap.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating the value and impact of architectural decisions on the company's 2026 strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML and Spatial Computing or AR/VR development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust, with deep knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Unity/Unreal Engine.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and edge computing architectures.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and a proven track record of delivering innovative products on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
