Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for niche industry applications.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
