The Role:
As the Lead AI Strategist, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution. You will be responsible for designing scalable architectures that support our long-term vision, ensuring we are not just keeping up with trends, but setting them.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, aligning engineering resources with strategic business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to integrate into our long-term strategy, ensuring a competitive advantage.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and security within the 2026 architecture framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
