Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability.
- Establish best practices for data governance, algorithmic transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and simulation of systems under anticipated future workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or readiness for future quantum integration.
