Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI architectural strategy for Nexus Future Labs, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows seamlessly.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) and assess their potential impact on our roadmap.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model ethics, and responsible AI usage across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing complex systems that handle high-scale data processing and inference.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business strategy for stakeholders.
