Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Neural Networks: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to reduce latency and increase throughput in our distributed AI inference engines.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with our research division to translate academic breakthroughs into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and security protocols, maintaining data privacy standards for 2026 compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, undefined problems in high-pressure environments.
