Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect the long-term technical strategy for autonomous systems and next-gen AI integration.
- System Design: Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling billions of transactions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
