Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Innovation Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
