Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify and integrate emerging technologies that align with our long-term business goals.
- System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for complex enterprise challenges.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives to drive consensus.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
