Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven DevOps, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, conducting code reviews, and mentoring senior engineers and architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Principal Architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, Web3 protocols, or Quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
