Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration and quantum-readiness by 2026 and beyond.
- Architect scalable, secure systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and quantum algorithms.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy future-forward solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Neural Interfaces, Quantum Computing) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Ensure technical debt is minimized while pushing the boundaries of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Advanced Computing.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible technology deployment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
