Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business objectives and the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Architect Scalability: Design robust, cloud-native systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on future-forward technologies and strategic planning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and large-scale system design.
- AI & ML Proficiency: Demonstrated experience implementing or managing AI-driven solutions and predictive analytics models.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through digital transformation.
- Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear paths forward in rapidly changing environments.
