- Present disruptive scenarios to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Manage a $10M+ R&D portfolio focused on 2026 market-ready technologies
- Author white papers and keynote speeches at Davos, Web Summit, and SXSW
- Mentor an elite team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author on exponential technologies or disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep network in Silicon Valley, EU tech corridors, and APAC innovation hubs
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
