Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough consumer applications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Author white papers published in FutureTech Journal
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed future studies journals
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
