- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing input from 50+ industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with scenario-planning for disruptive technologies
- Design innovation sprints translating future insights into product roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, CES, and exclusive future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Innovation
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning at tech/consulting firms
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning work
- Expertise in systems thinking and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in translating technical concepts for executive audiences
- Proven network with futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
