Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend radar using AI-driven analytics
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives on disruptive innovations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business units with future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech scouting
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
