Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight framework using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and innovation labs
- Design immersive future-state workshops for executive leadership teams
- Mentor futurist talent and build an internal foresight ecosystem
- Represent Nexus at international future-tech conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global teams and cross-cultural stakeholder management
