Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural planning for next-gen software deployment and emerging technology integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct research into cutting-edge fields including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical vision with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards and mentor a high-performing team of senior developers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced encryption and security protocols to protect sensitive futuristic data assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical milestones.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
