Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite executives and global stakeholders
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab with 15+ specialists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Mentor emerging futurists and cultivate next-gen talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or circular economy models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in data visualization and storytelling for complex technical concepts
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
