Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy spanning quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech or futurism publications
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent disruptive industry experience
