- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption scenarios
- Manage a $10M R&D portfolio for prototype development and validation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published white papers or patents in innovation strategy
