Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Oversee the development of predictive models for market disruption and technological adoption curves
- Mentor a team of junior futurists while fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board stakeholders
- Published work in recognized futurist publications or journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
