Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and consumer behavior
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage a team of futurists and research analysts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future risks and opportunities using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
