Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical execution of the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design scalable system architectures that can handle high-concurrency environments and future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to define product requirements.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Define and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale software products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
