Job Description
The Future is Now.
Future Systems 2026 is at the forefront of the quantum revolution. We are seeking a visionary Lead Quantum AI Engineer to architect the algorithms that will power the next generation of autonomous systems. You will work in a high-performance environment, collaborating with world-class physicists and software engineers to bridge the gap between quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence.
Why Join Us?
- Work on groundbreaking technology that will define the 2026 era.
- Competitive compensation package and equity options.
- Flexible remote-first culture with quarterly in-person "hackathons".
- Access to state-of-the-art quantum hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop quantum machine learning (QML) algorithms tailored for near-term quantum processors.
- Optimize quantum circuits for reduced error rates and higher computational throughput.
- Lead a team of quantum software engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-native software stacks.
- Research and implement error mitigation techniques to enhance model stability.
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to open-source quantum libraries.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics principles.
