- Algorithm Development: Collaborate with research teams to develop and optimize quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving in logistics and AI.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Lead the integration of quantum hardware with classical control systems, ensuring seamless data flow and processing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists, software engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum roadmap, keeping pace with the rapid advancements in the 2026 technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, quantum cryptography, or advanced algorithm design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or QuTiP.
