Responsibilities

- Drive Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to prototype and validate bleeding-edge technologies before they reach the market.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or systems architecture with a focus on AI/ML.
- Future-Forward Expertise: Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions or pioneering next-gen tech stacks.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformations and manage diverse, high-performance teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
