- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and strategic execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks and market shifts, implementing mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies and strategic partnerships to enhance our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated history of successfully defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps for major product launches.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
