Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end system solutions for our 2026 roadmaps, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish architectural patterns that ensure security and compliance.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced edge computing, neuromorphic chips) into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and AI/ML model deployment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
