- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and architectural audits.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance throughput, latency, and overall system reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to integrate complex technologies seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant, highly available systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
