Our program is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, offering mentorship and a clear path to full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Conduct local market research and analyze consumer trends in the El Paso region.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and project reports.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Support client meetings and prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic programming languages (Python, Java, or HTML/CSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
