Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing local SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for key service areas.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor website analytics and traffic reports to provide actionable insights.
- Create and optimize on-page content, including meta tags, descriptions, and alt text.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical SEO best practices are followed.
- Manage and update local business listings on directories such as Google My Business.
- Support the content calendar by drafting blog posts and social media updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel (if required).
