Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors in the El Paso area.
- Support social media campaigns by drafting posts and engaging with our community.
- Help maintain and update the company website and blog content.
- Track and analyze basic performance metrics to suggest improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED is acceptable for general business internships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and software.
- Reliable transportation to our office in El Paso.
