Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in developing and executing digital campaigns across social media and email platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads for the sales team.
- Support the daily operations of the office, including data entry and file management.
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes to assist in report preparation.
- Help create engaging content for the company blog and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time, depending on class schedule.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Houston office.
