Job Description
We are not merely building the future; we are architecting the reality of 2026. At Aether Dynamics, we are pioneering the next generation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum-Augmented Computing. We are seeking a visionary Next-Gen AI Systems Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant neural infrastructure that will define the digital landscape of the coming decade.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical deep learning architectures. You will work with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to build systems that are not only intelligent but also ethically grounded and resilient against adversarial attacks.
Why join us?
- Work on projects that have a tangible impact on the trajectory of human evolution through technology.
- Access to state-of-the-art compute clusters and cutting-edge research libraries.
- Competitive compensation and equity packages reflective of a market-leading organization.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, multi-layered AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum computing capabilities to solve problems currently deemed unsolvable by classical silicon.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network training pipelines for speed and efficiency, reducing latency in real-time inference models.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in autonomous agents.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and iterate on novel architectures using Python, Rust, and C++.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Theoretical Physics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and develop innovative solutions in uncharted technological territories.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on shipping high-quality, scalable software.
