Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational system logs and performance metrics during off-hours to ensure system integrity.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to transfer critical data and resolve pending logistical issues.
- Conduct nightly facility security audits and inventory checks to maintain high safety standards.
- Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and update digital databases in real-time.
- Generate daily performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Respond to emergency alerts and assist in troubleshooting basic technical or logistical hurdles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
