Responsibilities
- Monitor Support Channels: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during night hours.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues or product-related questions for US-based clients.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in night-shift tickets and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (any major).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
